The AR Works Program also helps keep rural hospitals open, as well as keep providers in these communities.AR Works Program keeps our communities healthy by providing insurance coverage for those that need it, and jobs for communities that depend on it. Not only does it improve the quality of mental health in our community, it provides jobs in a rural area. 30-35% of the clients we serve are insured through the AR Works Program. Currently 250,000 Arkansans benefit from the AR Works Program, and more are expected to take advantage of it as COVID-19 continues to affect our country. As a local mental health practice in a historically underserved community, the AR Works Program has helped us to deliver quality mental health services to people who otherwise would not have had access. Arkansas has led the way to reducing the uninsured rate in the country. Since its passage in 2018 it has been delivering quality physical and mental health services to the underserved communities of Arkansas.

The Arkansas Works Program has set the bar for insurance efficiency in the United States.
